血清β-HCG检测异位妊娠的临床意义
由于着床部位血运较差，输卵管黏膜及肌层不能充分供给绒毛膜细胞生长所需的营养，加上输卵管管腔狭小，使胚胎不能正常发育，因而出现血清13一HCG上升缓慢。低于正常早孕，在妊娠早期检测血清13一HCG能够及早发现。但是一次检查的结果区别官内孕与异位妊娠比较困难．通常需要数El监测，再结合B超，绝大多数可以鉴别口。异位妊娠由于胚胎发育不良及着床部位管腔狭小易引起流产与破裂后腹腔急性出血，若诊治不及时可危及孕妇生命。对早孕妇女有腹部刺激症状时，及早检测血清13-HCG对异位妊娠的诊断和鉴别诊断、选择治疗方案及保证孕妇的健康均有重要意义。
